Ancona, February 11 - (Adnkronos) - The investigating judge of Pesaro, Lorena Musso, ordered the confiscation of Lysippus, a bronze sculpture, depicting an athlete, dating from the Hellenistic period, by the sculptor Lysippos greek. It was found by a fisherman off the coast of Fano (Pesaro Urbino). It is assumed that the statue was shipwrecked in the Adriatic coast with the ship that was transporting from Greece to the Italian peninsula, probably in the port of Ancona.
